Before we can start the research for your property, we need to know your current state. This includes your capacity to borrow, what you would like to achieve, and in what timeframe.
2 - PROPERTY SOURCING
Chatham House Property then searches within predetermined Australian markets (using our proprietary algorithm and real world knowledge) that we recommend based on your capacity to borrow and your goals.
3 - NEGOTIATION
Once a property is found and your approval received, we take on the task of negotiating with the agent to secure the property at the lowest possible price and with the most favourable terms.

Chatham House Property will help you engage the relevant professionals to inspect the property, review the contract, and interview and select local property managers to start the leasing process.
